Jenna Swartz

Jenna Swartz is a professional dancer and teacher, and a part-time social media manager. She attended Mercyhurst University (Erie, PA) and received her BFA in Dance and a BA in Pre-Health Science, fueling her passion for injury prevention in dancers.

While at Mercyhurst University, Jenna was the head of social media for the Dance Department. In her professional career, Jenna has been a company member with SoMar Danceworks (Erie, PA), worked as a remote artist for Dissonance Dance Theatre (Philadelphia, PA), and been a company artist with Seiche Dance Collective (Erie, PA) where she debuted original choreography along with performing contemporary, jazz, and classical works. While living in Erie, Jenna was also selected as a choreographer for the first Erie Dance Film Festival, taught and choreographed for local studios, and ran the social media for Erie Dance Conservatory/Erie Contemporary Ballet Theatre.

Jenna is now in her first season as a company member with Columbus Dance Theatre (Columbus, OH) and continues to choreograph and teach all genres of dance.
